Web-channel visitor; installed widget or hosted link for the same assistant, without access to the administrator dashboard.

Before you start

The business must make this assistant and its channel available. As a visitor or customer, retain the access and permissions needed for this purpose; no administrator account is required.

Steps

  1. On the business website, open the widget; alternatively open the hosted link the business shares for the same assistant.
  2. Read the notice and authorize automated service if you wish to ask AI.
  3. Type your text question in chat or select a published suggestion.

Limits and conditions

Text only; no attachments, audio or images. Opening the welcome screen is not an AI reply or commercial consumption. Name/contact is requested only when a task requires it.
