Data deletion

Choose the scope of your request

You may request deletion of your entire account, an assistant or specific personal data. Deleting an assistant does not delete the account, other assistants or account usage, trial or debt. Visitors may also exercise their rights without having a Loomca account. Account deletion and data rights requests are separate flows; this page does not promise simultaneous deletion from every system.

Delete the account from the panel

The panel’s account deletion control requires recent password verification and explicit confirmation. Confirming deletion blocks account access and service and starts controlled deletion of its Teams, assistants and content. This is irreversible through the product’s normal flow: no recovery window is offered. Execution may continue in the background while jobs or effects already sent are reconciled; requesting or blocking is not the same as completing the purge. Code supporting this flow does not certify effective deletion from providers or production backups.

Delete an assistant

Use the selected assistant’s control and review what will be deleted before confirming with recent password verification. Its access and service are blocked and irreversible deletion begins, preserving other assistants and the account. In-flight sends or unknown outcomes require reconciliation before deletion completes. Deleting or archiving does not reset consumed allowances, the trial or obligations; archiving is not deletion.

Request deletion or exercise rights by email

Write to the responsible person’s email below with the subject “Data deletion request — Loomca” or identify the right you wish to exercise. Include your account email, if any, the relevant assistant or business and the minimum scope needed to locate the data. If you are a visitor, describe the context without sending complete conversations. Do not send passwords, tokens or identity documents in the first message. The responsible person will verify your connection using minimal data, request necessary clarification and communicate the handling, its limits and any justified retention. You do not need to recover an administrator account to exercise rights over your own data.

Payments and minimal retention

Debt or an uncertain payment does not prevent deleting the account and its content. Only evidence needed to settle, reconcile, cancel renewals and revoke mandates is retained with restricted access: references, amounts, currency, conditions, dates and states, without conversation content or payer identity in the financial closure record. Confirming deletion settles the open balance under the terms; a final debit requires a previously authorized, valid mandate and does not repeat uncertain attempts. Without a mandate or if payment fails, the outstanding balance does not block deletion. The technical policy calls for purging this evidence 30 days after all effects are resolved, not from the request; pending matters require follow-up and justification. That period does not itself demonstrate tax compliance or remove justified legal exceptions.

Backups, third parties and ordinary retention

Ordinary rules of up to 90 days from closure and up to 30 days for recovery after a period ends do not create a recovery window after confirming account deletion. Ordinary ticket retention does not prevent that deletion. Temporary data, mandatory records and backups require specific handling; immediate deletion of all copies or content received by providers for their own purposes is not guaranteed. Deletion in Loomca does not withdraw already-accepted messages or copies on third-party devices and systems, or delete WhatsApp accounts. Restoring a backup requires reviewing deletions before reopening service; automatic protection in every restoration is not claimed.

Response, follow-up and limits

You may ask the responsible person about the status and outcome of your request. Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 provides 10 business days for inquiries, extendable by up to 5 additional business days with notice and reasons, and 15 business days for complaints from the day after receipt, extendable by up to 8 additional business days with notice and reasons, subject to the procedure for supplying missing information. These are not a universal technical deletion deadline. Exceptions must be justified and limited to their purpose. You may approach the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after completing the applicable inquiry or complaint procedure. Privacy explains processing and rights; Terms explains balances and cancellation. Both links are in the footer.
