Manually run an installation and AI-response diagnostic.

Who this is for

Administrator; web-channel assistant. Manages the widget and hosted link for that same assistant.

Before you start

Select an assistant you own on the relevant channel; permissions and capacity must remain valid.

Steps

  1. Open Assistant → Installation. The manual check appears beside the code.
  2. Run Check operation.
  3. Wait for the result and review any steps requiring attention.

Result

Limits and conditions

The diagnostic is optional and does not activate, pause or reset periods or allowances. Check the confirmed result and any reported block.

If you cannot continue

Check the reported status and blockers; refresh uncertain results before repeating an operation.
