Operator, scope and availability
Loomca is the project brand of JULIAN DAVID MORA RAMOS, an individual in Colombia whose contact details appear below. The MVP focuses on web chat assistants using information selected by the administrator. The following prices and limits are approved agreements; contracting is in preparation and publication does not demonstrate real charges or availability of every feature. An account, a PayPal resource or a configuration screen does not prove a paid subscription. Features may only be used under the conditions actually enabled and communicated in the service.
Account, content and features
Keep your credentials private and supply only information you own or are authorized to process. Review facts and contacts before saving, publishing or approving. Sources support text-based PDFs of up to 20 pages and one specific web page per URL, without promising full-site imports. Visitor files and intentional processing of secrets or sensitive data are not supported. Each assistant keeps independent information, configuration and permissions; a Team only groups assistants. WhatsApp is disabled by default; catalog and tickets depend on enablement and are not offered as active merely by being mentioned here. Support procedure proposals are not included.
Replies and commercial commitments
AI answers using available business information and relevant sources. It may make mistakes or lack sufficient information; absolute accuracy or resolution of every question is not guaranteed. AI does not itself confirm bookings, stock, final prices, refunds or commercial commitments: the business must confirm them. Loomca does not replace inventory, a booking calendar, collecting payments from the business’s customers or a monetary CRM. Technical availability depends on providers and operational controls, without guaranteed uninterrupted availability or any claim of endorsement or approval by Meta.
Free and monthly plan: web capacity
Free has a USD 0 subscription fee and includes per account 100 web conversations per month, 1 Team, up to 2 web assistants, 10 imported sources. The sole paid monthly plan costs USD 59 per account and includes per paid period 1,500 web conversations, 10 Teams, up to 10 web assistants, 60 sources. Limits are aggregated across the account’s assistants; creating Teams does not multiply them. Retained assistants count even when drafts, paused or archived. Source capacity includes published sources and reservations for new sources being prepared; updating a published source does not take another slot.
Channels and the conversation unit
An attended conversation is a fixed 24-hour window from the first countable outgoing message, with up to 20 outgoing assistant messages and, where applicable, human replies and ticket notices. Incoming customer messages do not count toward that maximum. On the web, the final available reply counts, not the greeting when opening chat; a conversation is not a unique customer or a resolved issue. WhatsApp agreements provide 90 conversations and 1 assistant in Free, and 500 conversations and 2 assistants in the paid plan, subject to enablement and eligibility. These allowances are separate from web and are not transferred while WhatsApp is disabled. Unused allowances do not roll over or reset through editing or deleting assistants.
Permanent Free
Free is permanent, with no required payment method or overage charges. Allowances renew monthly from the first counted conversation. Exhausting a channel pauses new conversations until renewal or a paid upgrade.
Acceptances and payment methods
Free is permanent, with no required payment method or overage charges. A subscription requires explicit renewal authorization; additional usage requires acceptance of its rate and payment obligation, plus separate authorization for automatic debits using a registered payment method. Authorizing a subscription does not itself authorize overages. Publishing these terms activates none of those authorizations. The prepared flow uses PayPal and payments are expressed in USD. Only confirmed payment grants the period: an approval or browser return does not prove it. Taxes and invoicing obligations require review; no exemption is claimed. Any applicable provider conversion or fee should be checked in its terms before confirmation, without guaranteeing a converted amount.
Additional usage rates
Free has no overage charges: exhausting a channel pauses new conversations until renewal or a paid upgrade. Paid additional conversations cost USD 0.08 with separate debit authorization. Historical balances retain their original terms and are not erased by changing plans.
Accumulation and settlement
Additional usage accumulates per account, with a channel breakdown, and is charged at its actual amount upon reaching USD 5. The maximum period is 90 days from the batch’s first pending overage, or until the modality actually ends if earlier. At those closures, open balances of USD 1 or more are charged and balances below USD 1 are waived, without adding a minimum charge. This waiver does not cancel charges already issued, rejected or uncertain. Monthly renewal does not reset the balance or its clock; cancelling only future renewals does not end the paid period early or settle the balance solely because of that action.
Confirmed rejection and nonpayment
The first confirmed definitive payment rejection, together with a recorded panel notice, starts 48 hours of grace. It does not depend on reading the notice or receiving email. Service may continue during that period with valid permissions and capacity; changing the payment method or retrying does not restart grace. If it expires without confirmed payment of overdue amounts, automated service is suspended across all assistants and panel access is retained. Confirmed payment of all overdue amounts allows resumption from the next new message, without lifting other pauses or replying retroactively to accumulated messages.
Uncertain payment and reconciliation
An uncertain result is not a rejection and does not permit a second debit until a previous capture has been ruled out. The attempt is reconciled and service pauses upon reaching 24 hours from the account’s first uncertain result or USD 5 in subsequent new overages, whichever comes first. That amount excludes the original charge and usage still included in allowances. Changing month, payment method or modality does not reset the incident. Earlier grace is not extended: expiry without confirmed payment may cause an earlier pause. The panel remains accessible. Once resolved, confirmed payment or rejection applies and only the relevant pause is lifted, preserving other debts, permissions and restrictions.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Cancelling future renewals prevents new subscription fees and keeps the already-paid period’s capacity until it ends; it does not erase overages or trigger an automatic refund. Renewal depends on confirmed payment and the provider’s actual rules. When the period ends, the account may move to Free if requirements are met; excess content requires manual adjustment and does not authorize automatic deletion. Refunds are handled manually by the authorized operator. A refund does not restore usage or allow the refunded amount to be charged again. A one-off settlement payment does not authorize future debits. Revoking a mandate prevents new debits under it without removing previous obligations or reconciliation. Applicable mandatory rights, including withdrawal and payment reversal where relevant, remain protected; they are not presumed excluded because this is a digital service or a business account.
Pauses, deletion and changes
Service may also be limited by permissions, preparation, capacity, manual pauses or technical containment; payment does not automatically lift those restrictions. Account deletion requires confirmation and recent password verification, blocks access and service and starts controlled deletion without a recovery window. Debt or payment uncertainty does not prevent deleting the account and content, although necessary minimal financial evidence may remain. See Privacy and Data deletion in the footer. Applicable conditions must be identified before acceptance; updating this page does not authorize new charges, change earlier acceptances or turn trials into contracts.
