Share the hosted chat link
Share a link to chat without installing a widget.
Who this is for
Administrator; web-channel assistant. Manages the widget and hosted link for that same assistant.
Before you start
Select an assistant you own on the relevant channel; permissions and capacity must remain valid.
Steps
- Select the web assistant and open Assistant → Installation.
- Copy the hosted link. You can also use the Home shortcut when available.
- Share the link and check that the assistant is available.
Result
Share a link to chat without installing a widget.
Limits and conditions
The hosted link and widget belong to the same assistant and do not add capacity. Opening a surface activates service only when current requirements are met.
If you cannot continue
Check the reported status and blockers; refresh uncertain results before repeating an operation.
