Install the chat on a website

Copy the assistant’s stable script into your website to display its widget.

Who this is for

Administrator; web-channel assistant. Manages the widget and hosted link for that same assistant.

Before you start

Select an assistant you own on the relevant channel; permissions and capacity must remain valid.

Steps

  1. In Assistant, open Installation for the web assistant.
  2. Copy the generated script and add it to your website.
  3. Open the chat on your site and check its availability.

Result

Copy the assistant’s stable script into your website to display its widget.

Limits and conditions

Generating the script publishes configuration and records service authorization; it does not call AI or start the monthly period. The first usable opening activates authorized Free service, and the first counted conversation starts the first month. The script stays the same when content changes.

If you cannot continue

Check the reported status and blockers; refresh uncertain results before repeating an operation.
