An admitted message is processed durably and its reply is recovered when the chat becomes visible again.

Who this is for

Web-channel visitor; installed widget or hosted link for the same assistant, without access to the administrator dashboard.

Before you start

The business must make this assistant and its channel available. As a visitor or customer, retain the access and permissions needed for this purpose; no administrator account is required.

Steps

  1. Send your question and wait for its status.
  2. If you close the widget or change tabs, reopen it.
  3. Wait for state recovery before repeating the question.

Result

An admitted message is processed durably and its reply is recovered when the chat becomes visible again.

Limits and conditions

Reconnection does not create another job or charge. Ordinary waiting does not pause the assistant; replies depend on current permissions and capacity.

If you cannot continue

Check the reported status and blockers; refresh uncertain results before repeating an operation.
