Who this is for

Administrator; web-channel assistant. Manages the widget and hosted link for that same assistant.

Before you start

Select an assistant you own on the relevant channel; permissions and capacity must remain valid.

Steps

  1. Check status in Home, the assistant selector or the Assistant header.
  2. Review the reasons and available technical details beside the status.
  3. Address the reported requirement and wait for updated status; the panel polls automatically.
