Who this is for

Account administrator; Teams and web or WhatsApp assistants. Each assistant belongs to one Team and has exactly one channel.

Before you start

A confirmed creator account and a current administrative session.

Steps

  1. Select the assistant and inspect its status tag.
  2. Open Home or Assistant to inspect the reason and available action.

Before the first web activation, Home shows what remains: business name and description, publication with authorization, and the first usable opening. Follow the next-step action. Sources, contact, design and a checked installation are optional. Opening the chat does not start the Free month; the first counted conversation does.

Result

Server-calculated availability, with Unavailable taking precedence over pauses.

Limits and conditions

Payment or manual resumption does not remove technical blocks, withdrawn permissions or unavailable capacity.

Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
