Restore an archived assistant

Resume managing a previously archived assistant.

Who this is for

Account administrator; Teams and web or WhatsApp assistants. Each assistant belongs to one Team and has exactly one channel.

Before you start

A confirmed creator account and a current administrative session.

Steps

  1. Open the panel Team/assistant selector and choose Manage Teams; select the relevant Team.
  2. Choose Restore next to the archived assistant.
  3. Review configuration and service controls before using it.

Result

The assistant is no longer archived and remains paused.

Limits and conditions

Restoring does not publish, activate service or restart allowances.

If you cannot continue

Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
