Create a web assistant

Create a web channel, publish its minimum information and obtain the script and hosted link for the same assistant.

Who this is for

Administrator of a web assistant; hosted link and a widget installed on your site. This does not create or connect WhatsApp.

Before you start

Confirmed email, administrative session and a selected Team with a web slot available. Business name and description.

Steps

  1. Check the destination Team in the assistant selector.
  2. From Home without assistants, select Create my web assistant. This creates a draft and opens Business information directly. The draft uses a slot but does not publish or serve customers. The general selector still lets you choose a channel.
  3. Enter the business name and description. You can improve information, sources and appearance later.
  4. Read the terms beside Publish and get link and select it: this saves, approves and publishes the displayed content and records your service authorization.
  5. Review availability and select Try my assistant to open its hosted link. Copy the link to share it or use the visible script to install it on your website.
  6. The first usable opening activates service when provider, plan, permissions and capacity are available. The first Free month starts with the first counted conversation.
  7. Home shows the remaining steps until first activation, with a direct action to complete information, publish or open the chat. Find the code and link under Share and install. Check functionality is optional.

Result

Web assistant created, information published and code/link delivered. Generating the script does not mean service is active.

Limits and conditions

WhatsApp connection and prior domain verification are not required. A domain restricts authorized sites and does not import their content. Script generation does not call AI or start the monthly period. Free is permanent: there is no fourteen-day trial. Content changes do not require reinstalling the stable script.

If you cannot continue

If Create web assistant is disabled, check the Team, allowance and limit loading. Complete name and description if required fields are missing. If the script is delivered but service is unavailable, check the reasons beside the status in Assistant and the account plan; do not create another assistant to try to restart allowances.
