Choose a channel and create an assistant

Create a web assistant in the selected Team. WhatsApp shows “Soon” and its creation is disabled.

Who this is for

Account administrator; Teams and web or WhatsApp assistants. Each assistant belongs to one Team and has exactly one channel.

Before you start

A confirmed creator account and a current administrative session.

Steps

  1. Open the assistant selector and check the destination Team.
  2. On Home without assistants, select Create my web assistant to go directly to its editor. From the general selector, select Create assistant, then Create web assistant.
  3. Follow Create a web assistant.

Result

An owned assistant is created in the selected Team.

Limits and conditions

Each assistant has one channel that cannot be changed. WhatsApp is disabled; “Soon” does not promise an availability date. The widget and hosted link belong to the same web assistant. Creating Teams does not multiply account allowances; archived assistants also count.

If you cannot continue

Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
