Delete an assistant

Request irreversible assistant deletion without deleting its Team or account.

Who this is for

Account administrator; Teams and web or WhatsApp assistants. Each assistant belongs to one Team and has exactly one channel.

Before you start

A confirmed creator account and a current administrative session.

Steps

  1. Open the panel Team/assistant selector and choose Manage Teams; select the relevant Team.
  2. Choose Delete, enter your password and explicitly confirm.
  3. If outgoing messages keep it pending, check its status and retry after reconciliation.

Result

Service and access stop immediately; deletion completes if no outgoing effects remain uncertain.

Limits and conditions

Irreversible. Account usage, periods and obligations remain. It does not promise to retract messages already accepted by third parties.

If you cannot continue

Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
