Create a Team
Organize assistants in your own grouping.
Who this is for
Account administrator; Teams and web or WhatsApp assistants. Each assistant belongs to one Team and has exactly one channel.
Before you start
A confirmed creator account and a current administrative session.
Steps
- Open Manage Teams or the selector.
- Choose Create Team, enter its name and confirm.
Result
An empty Team is available for creating assistants.
Limits and conditions
Free allows one Team per account, including Personal; the paid plan allows ten. A Team groups assistants, without invited collaborators or shared content.
If you cannot continue
Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
