Select a Team and assistant

Choose the context used by the panel.

Who this is for

Account administrator; Teams and web or WhatsApp assistants. Each assistant belongs to one Team and has exactly one channel.

Before you start

A confirmed creator account and a current administrative session.

Steps

  1. Open the panel assistant selector. On mobile, it opens a selection sheet.
  2. Find the assistant grouped under its Team and select it; its Team is selected at the same time.
  3. Check its name, channel and status before editing. Expand Archived to find an archived assistant.

Result

Views show only resources belonging to the selected assistant.

Limits and conditions

Changing selection does not move assistants or share context. Unsaved changes require resolving the leave guard.

If you cannot continue

Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
