Rename a Team

Change the organizational name, including Personal.

Who this is for

Account administrator; Teams and web or WhatsApp assistants. Each assistant belongs to one Team and has exactly one channel.

A confirmed creator account and a current administrative session.

Open the panel Team/assistant selector and choose Manage Teams; select the relevant Team.
Edit its name and save.

The new Team name is saved.

Renaming does not change membership, permissions or assistant information.

Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
