Delete an empty Team

Delete a grouping without assistants.

Who this is for

Account administrator; Teams and web or WhatsApp assistants. Each assistant belongs to one Team and has exactly one channel.

Before you start

A confirmed creator account and a current administrative session.

Steps

  1. Open the panel Team/assistant selector and choose Manage Teams; select the relevant Team.
  2. Check it contains no assistants.
  3. Choose Delete Team.

Result

The empty Team is deleted.

Limits and conditions

At least one Team must remain. An archived assistant also means the Team is not empty.

If you cannot continue

Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
