Limits and conditions
Web counts a final available answer even if you close chat before reading it. The opening greeting does not count. A conversation lasts 24 hours from the first counted reply and allows up to twenty outgoing messages; it is not a unique person or a resolved problem. Exhausting Free pauses new conversations while keeping the window of already counted ones.

Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
