Check the plan, web usage and capacity across your account.

Before you start
A confirmed creator account and a current administrative session.
Steps
- Check Account usage in the panel sidebar.
- Open Usage and payments from that summary or from Settings.
- Review the plan, dates, used and remaining conversations, assistant/source capacity.
Result
Usage across all assistants, separated by channel and period.
Limits and conditions
The Home activity window differs from the usage period. Allowances are aggregated by account and creating, deleting or switching assistants does not reset them. WhatsApp is disabled and its usage row is hidden. If data is missing, review the error; an unconfirmed state does not establish payment or available capacity.
If you cannot continue
Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
