Every new account starts on permanent Free, with no card or debit authorization required.

Before you start

A verified account and current administrator session; channel requirements met.

Steps

  1. Confirm your email and select an assistant.
  2. Prepare and approve its information and authorize service for its channel. On web, generate its script or link.
  3. Review Usage and payments for allowances and renewal date.

Result

Free without a required payment method, retaining data and prior obligations. Check the confirmed service status in the panel.

Limits

The first month starts with the first counted conversation; opening chat does not start the period. Free includes 1 Team, 2 web assistants, 10 sources, 100 web conversations per month. Exhausting conversations pauses new ones until renewal or confirmed paid service; Free overages do not create debt. WhatsApp, Catalog and Cases are disabled. Historical balances keep their terms.

If you cannot continue

Check capacity, authorization and channel availability. Payment mandates are not a Free requirement.
