Return to Free after a paid period

Cancelling renewal preserves the paid period. At its end the account automatically returns to Free if within limits and other valid restrictions, without requiring a payment method.

Before you start

A verified account and current administrator session; channel requirements met.

Steps

  1. In Usage and payments, review renewal and cancel it when available for your subscription. Wait for confirmation.
  2. Check the end date: cancellation does not shorten the paid period.
  3. If capacity adjustment is required, open Settings → Free plan and select the resources that remain active: 1 Team, 2 web assistants and up to 10 sources.
  4. Review and confirm the selection; excluded resources retain their data.

Result

Free without a required payment method, retaining data and prior obligations. Check the confirmed service status in the panel.

Limits

Data is retained and service pauses while over capacity. Nothing is selected or deleted automatically. Archiving alone does not free a slot. Excluded resources retain data and stop serving; reactivation requires capacity. Cancellation or conversion never erases usage or historical debt.
