Customize web appearance

Configure the public name, logo, colors, position and initial web chat suggestions.

Who this is for

Web assistants only, under Assistant → Appearance. WhatsApp does not have this widget appearance task.

Before you start

Sign in as the account administrator and select the correct assistant. Available actions depend on its permissions and state.

Steps

  1. Select a web assistant and open Assistant → Appearance.
  2. Edit its name, PNG/JPEG/WebP logo, colors, position and up to three suggestions.
  3. Review the preview and choose Save Information and Appearance. This publishes edits from both tasks together.

Result

The public identity of the same web assistant is confirmed.

Limits and conditions

Web only; logos are limited to 128 KiB. Suggestions are neither approved answers nor capture questions. Saving is shared with Information.

If you cannot continue

If an operation is not confirmed, keep your input and review the error. After a conflict, reload the current version and review before retrying. An unavailable control does not mean the feature is active.
