Steps
- Open Appearance.
- Select Light, Dark or System.
Result
The visual preference is applied and remembered.
Limits and conditions
It does not change the customer chat appearance, which is configured per assistant.
If you cannot continue
Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
