Confirm your email

Verifying your mailbox enables Loomca administration.

Who this is for

Account administrator; access and preferences shared by account assistants.

Before you start

A pending email-and-password signup and access to its mailbox. Eligible Google sign-in skips this step: Google verifies your email. Linking an existing account requires its current password.

Steps

  1. Open the confirmation link you received.
  2. Review the account shown and select Confirm and continue. If you opened the link in another browser or your temporary access is no longer valid, enter only your password and select Confirm and sign in.
  3. Continue directly with your assistant. If another account was signed in, explicitly confirm the switch before entering.

Result

Your email is confirmed and you are signed in in that browser, without an additional login.

Limits and conditions

Opening the link alone does not confirm or sign you in. Valid pending access for the same account can reuse its password proof for up to 24 hours. Used links cannot create another session; if you retain the resulting session, you can continue without renewing it. Pending sessions on other devices do not automatically gain access.

If you cannot continue

Refresh the view and check the message. If the link expired or was invalidated, request another from your pending access. If your email is already confirmed and you lost the session, sign in normally. If you forgot your password, use password recovery.
