Create an account

Signing up with email and password creates your account and Personal Team.

Before you start

An email address you can access.

Steps

  1. Open Create account.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Complete signup and continue to email confirmation.

If Continue with Google is available, you can also sign up with Gmail or Google Workspace without choosing a password or confirming another email. An existing account, including a pending one, requires its current password to link Google. Google verifies the email without additional Loomca email confirmation. Use Forgot password to set a Loomca password before sensitive operations.

Result

Email signup creates a pending account. Eligible Google signup creates a confirmed account and signs you in. Both create the Personal Team.

Limits and conditions

Pending accounts cannot prepare assistants or use AI; invitations are not supported.

If you cannot continue

Refresh the view and check the server message. If the operation is unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
