Legal information

Public beta 2026-07-22 · Effective July 22, 2026

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the public, open, and free Loomca beta operated by Julian David Mora, a natural person based in Huila, Colombia.

1. The service

Loomca provides assisted checkout tools. An Agent may discover products from Active Merchants and prepare an Approval Link. The Buyer User reviews the selection and may approve or cancel it. If approved and successfully revalidated, Loomca can continue to the Merchant's Shopify checkout, where the Buyer User enters checkout details and pays manually.

Loomca is not the seller of a Merchant's products. The Merchant offers and sells its products, operates its checkout, determines its policies, and is responsible for the commercial relationship and post-sale obligations that apply to it.

2. Approval does not make a payment

  • Approval authorizes only the selection shown in that Approval Link and the next step toward the Merchant checkout.
  • Approval does not charge the Buyer User or create a Confirmed Order.
  • A redirect to the Merchant checkout is not proof of payment or a Confirmed Order.
  • Loomca does not execute autonomous payments and does not store or process raw payment credentials.

3. Estimates and final review

Product availability, prices, taxes, delivery, fees, and totals may be estimated or may change. Loomca revalidates an Approval Link before checkout and does not offer an “approve anyway” path when revalidation fails. The Buyer User must review the definitive total and conditions in the Merchant's checkout before paying.

4. Roles

  • Loomca: operates the platform, Merchant Connections, Approval Links, and related traceability within this beta.
  • Merchant: is responsible for its product information, checkout, payment arrangements, delivery, returns, warranties, refunds, and other applicable post-sale duties.
  • Buyer User:keeps the final decision and must review the Merchant's checkout before paying.
  • Agent: may prepare and request approval but cannot turn a proposal into an autonomous payment.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the beta only for lawful assisted-shopping activity.

You must not:

  • commit fraud, impersonate another person, or misrepresent authority;
  • access accounts, data, or capabilities without authorization;
  • collect or use personal information without permission;
  • interfere with the service, evade security or rate limits, or extract data abusively;
  • submit passwords, Shopify secrets, or payment credentials through support email or an unauthorized surface;
  • present an estimate as a guaranteed price or outcome.

6. Beta availability and changes

The beta is currently free. It may change, experience interruptions, suspend unsafe activity, or end. It does not promise continuous availability, commercial results, sales, or permanent features. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they become applicable when required. The beta label and these terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Intellectual property

Loomca and its original platform materials remain with their respective rights holder. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or authorize use of its name, branding, or materials outside what is needed to use the beta. Merchant product content and trademarks remain subject to the Merchant's rights.

8. Responsibility and complaints

Each participant remains responsible for its own actions and legal duties. Any limitation of responsibility is subject to applicable law and does not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. The exact legal classification, jurisdiction, and responsibility allocation remain subject to Colombian legal review.

Contact anlijudavid+support@protonmail.com for complaints about Loomca. Product, payment, delivery, withdrawal, return, warranty, and refund matters normally belong to the Merchant; Loomca will explain that distinction and help locate Merchant contact information when available.
